The wind starts from the the Greater Bay Area, setting sail for a new journey. On February 26, 2023, the 6th Guangzhou HEMC(Xiaoguwei) International Talent Conference &U30 China Entrepreneurship Pioneer Conference were held in Panyu Chimelong International Convention Center. The conference launched the first national future industrial science and technology park in the Greater Bay Area, with 40 million yuan of Panyu high-quality development talent ecological awards cashed on the spot, and four major investment projects were signed on the spot.

In order to promote the construction of a high-level talent highland, nearly 1500 key entrepreneurs and young entrepreneurs in Panyu District, including Hurun Under30s, attended this high-profile talent event. On September 27, 2018, in Shenzhen, the Hurun Research Institute released the "2018 Hurun 30×30 Entrepreneur Leaders", with a total of 300 young talents from ten industries honored on the list.
